Dennis is an accredited and court qualified expert in the field of Traffic Crash Reconstruction.  He served 20 years as a law enforcement officer and division commander and has 21 years of crash reconstruction experience.  Dennis also specializes in 3D collision simulation and 3D animation.  He is also a certified photogrammetrist, a heavy vehicle event data recorder technician (ECM) and Bosch crash data retrieval (AKA Black Box) technician and analyst.
